The outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development of the People's Republic of China and long-range objectives through the year 2035- national strategic projects research group ("Research Group"）held a communication and discussion meeting with the "Invest Beijing" magazine. Professor Liang Xi, the leader of the research group、some members of the research group, as well as Cheng Yuehua, Director of the Editorial Committee、Peng Chunying, President and Editor in Chief and some editors and reporters of “Invest Beijing“ Magazine, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, both parties introduced their respective situations. The research group, in view of the many contradictions and problems in China's national economic and social development, adhere to the problem-oriented, on the basis of “The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035”“The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of of All Provinces and Cities and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035”“The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of of All Ministries and Commissions of the State Council and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035”，centralized organization and compilation “The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035-National Strategic Projects”. At present, national strategic projects are being implemented in an orderly manner. The magazine "Invest Beijing" is affiliated with Beijing Publishing Group and is supervised by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Beijing Municipal People's Government. It is the only mainstream economic monthly magazine in Beijing that targets domestic and foreign investment institutions, governments, and enterprises. It is a window for Beijing's economic opening and a media platform for economic promotion.

At the meeting, both sides communicated and exchanged ideas, focusing on building a national cultural center, fully leveraging the advantages of culture and technology, strengthening cooperation in promoting national strategic projects, developing cultural undertakings, establishing digital cultural and artistic funds, and promoting cultural prosperity, building a cultural power, and promoting regional economic development.
